Yin Yoga
The quiet, meditative practice of yin yoga can provide a much needed balance to your busy schedule and active lifestyle. All yoga postures are seated or lying down, and held for a few minutes at a time using blankets and other props for support. Students will be guided through simple breathing practices and mindfulness meditation to foster relaxation and self-inquiry. Suitable for all experience levels.
This class is taught by Laurel Cepiro. Laurel teaches yin, restorative, and hatha-vinyasa yoga. Her grounding, trauma-informed classes encourage students to slow down, cultivate mindful attention, and connect with all parts of themselves on the mat. Off the mat, Laurel enjoys photography and spending time in nature with her husband and two dogs.
