Hi, I’m Sierra and I am wellness enthusiast whose passion lies in educating clients about mental health, overall wellness and preventative care. I am a mental health therapist, personal trainer and nutrition coach who takes a unique and integrative approach to help my clients reach their health goals and implement sustainable and rewarding changes in their life. 

People often think about wellness in terms of only physical health. However, being in good health goes well beyond proper nutrition and physical exercise, but it is certainly a great start! I encourage and help my clients address health goals beyond just their fitness goals. I not only want to help you feel better in your body, move more and nourish your body, but I also want to help you feel better mentally and emotionally! Most importantly, I want to help you achieve BALANCE in your life and cheer you on as you become the healthiest version of yourself.

A little about me as a therapist:

Since I was a kid, I have always been curious about human behavior and why we do the things we do. My curiosity lead me on an enlightening academic journey where I received an undergraduate degree in psychology. My curiosity quickly turned into a passion to help and serve others as they navigate the highs and lows of life. I went on to receive a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health and am currently practicing as a trauma informed therapist at Movement Counseling + Wellness. I primarily work with adults and older teens who experience symptoms related to PTSD, depression, anxiety,  ADHD, poor body/self image, disordered eating and other related issues.
