MA/MA/MSW
Job Objective
To observe, support, and learn how to execute ethically and therapeutically substantiated assessment, diagnostic, and intervention services to individuals, families, and/or groups performed.
To gain the clinical, professional, administrative skills necessary to become a successful clinician.
To complete the minimum requirements set forth by the Intern’s school and by the State of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA).
Responsibilities
Attend group clinical supervision/team meetings
Attend individual supervision meetings.
Attend other scheduled clinical/administrative skill development trainings.
Observe individual/family/group sessions.
Maintain appropriate documentation and submit paperwork in a timely manner.
Ensure paperwork for school and MCW is completed in a timely manner.
Coordinate mentorship meetings with clinical mentor.
Assist in maintaining a professional, clean, and well-organized work environment.
Seek out supervision when needed.
Participate in networking meetings and events.
Abide by ethically and legal standards set forth by DORA, MCW, graduate school, and professional organization.
