MA/MS/MSW
Job Objective
- To observe, support, and learn how to execute ethically and therapeutically substantiated assessment, diagnostic, and intervention services to individuals, families, and/or groups performed. 
- To gain the clinical, professional, administrative skills necessary to become a successful clinician. 
- To complete the minimum requirements set forth by the Intern’s school and by the State of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA). 
Job Objective
- Attend group clinical supervision/ team meetings. 
- Attend individual supervision meetings. 
- Attend other scheduled clinical/administrative skill development trainings. 
- Observe individual/family/group sessions before starting with individual clients. 
- Work with clients in individual/group settings. 
- Maintain appropriate documentation and submit paperwork in a timely manner. 
- Ensure internship paperwork for school and MCW is completed in a timely manner. 
- Coordinate mentorship meetings with clinical mentor. 
- Assist in maintaining a professional clean and well-organized work environment. 
- Seek out supervision when needed. 
- Participate in networking meetings and events. 
- Abide by ethical and legal standards set forth by DORA, MCW, graduate school, and professional organization. 
- Internship offer is contingent upon successful completion of practicum requirements.
